How long does shipping take?
We offer fast shipping throughout Poland with delivery typically within 2-3 business days from the time your order is confirmed. Standard shipping is included with every order. For orders placed before 2 PM on business days, we process and ship the same day.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at +48 415 383 173 or [email protected] with your order details. After 24 hours, your coffee may already be in preparation, so changes may not be possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and digital payment methods. Payment must be received before your order enters our roasting schedule. Our team will send you payment instructions after you submit your order form.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

How should I store my coffee beans?

Each roast level brings out different flavors in our single-origin beans.
