Based in Poznań, Poland, we've cultivated direct relationships with specialty coffee farmers across Ethiopia, Colombia, Kenya, and beyond. Each single origin we select represents a meticulous commitment to traceability, sustainability, and flavor excellence. Jakub spent fifteen years perfecting the art of coffee roasting across Europe before founding Ground Coffee Palette. His meticulous approach to temperature profiling and time ensures each origin expresses its fullest potential. An SCA certified Q-Grader, he travels annually to coffee farms to maintain direct relationships with our producers.

Farm Selection & Relationship
We visit coffee farms personally to audit practices, understand terroir, and build partnerships with growers committed to sustainability and quality. Every origin is selected based on cupping notes, altitude, processing method, and environmental stewardship—not just price.
Import & Inspection
Green beans arrive in Poznań and undergo rigorous inspection for defects, moisture content, and consistency. We verify all certifications, harvest dates, and farmer documentation. Only beans meeting our strict standards proceed to roasting.
Precision Roasting
Our Head Roaster crafts a unique roast profile for each origin, using real-time temperature monitoring and sensory evaluation. We roast in small batches to maintain consistency and freshness, highlighting each coffee's unique flavor characteristics.
Quality Cupping & Packaging
Fresh-roasted beans are evaluated through blind cupping to confirm flavor consistency and quality. Only approved batches are packaged in food-grade, resealable bags with one-way valves to preserve freshness. Each bag includes origin story, tasting notes, and brewing recommendations.
